This year’s film selection centers on extreme physical and psychological states shaped by taboo relationships, illness, and epidemics. Through a series of stories depicting struggles between health and sickness, the program explores survival, transcendence, and the search for possible exits.
Interpreting medical themes through the visual language of plush toys, we created the character “Dr. Fireball.” Elements such as the red cross, pills, syringes, and pathogens are woven into the imagery, serving as reminders that illness is not merely an experience to endure, but also something that can be re-examined from another perspective—allowing us to move beyond limitations and toward rebirth.
今年選片內容聚焦於畸戀、病痛與瘟疫等身心極限狀態，透過一系列在健康與病痛之間掙扎的故事，探討生存、突破與尋找出口的可能。
這次我們以絨毛玩偶的語彙詮釋醫療主題，打造角色「火球醫生」。紅十字、藥丸、針筒與病菌等元素也被置入其中，提醒我們：病痛不只是一種經歷，也可以被換個角度重新觀看，進而穿越限制、迎向重生。
